- Payment & Billing Data: Encrypted transaction reference records and billing contact info (payment card details are processed directly via PCI-DSS compliant gateways and not stored on SAAM servers).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your information strictly for legitimate conference operations, including:
- Processing delegate passes, badge issuance, and access validation at the venue.
- Registering and transmitting verified session attendance to the SCFHS for CME certification.
- Sending essential event schedules, workshop allocations, and logistical updates.
- Tax invoicing, accounting compliance, and processing refund settlements in accordance with our policies.
3. Event Photography & Media Recordings
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, official photographers and video crews record sessions and social functions during SAAM 2026. Footage and photographs may be utilized for academic retrospectives, scientific reports, and official SAAM promotional channels.
