Please read these terms and conditions carefully. All delegates, speakers, sponsors, and attendees must accept and abide by these rules when registering for and attending SAAM 2026.

1. Delegate Registration Declarations
Mandatory terms accepted upon submitting event registration
Truthfulness of Information
The information provided during registration is true, accurate, and correct to the best of the participant's knowledge.
Identity Verification & Prohibition of Dummy Accounts
No fictitious or dummy accounts may be used to register yourself or any third party for the conference. The organizer of the conference reserves the explicit right to cancel any registration if an account is proven to be fictitious, misleading, or non-verifiable without any right to compensation.
Professional Dress Code
All attendees are required to wear conservative business attire during all conference sessions, symposia, and workshop tracks in respect of professional medical decorum and local customs.
Access Control & Non-Registered Persons
Registered delegates are strictly prohibited from bringing any accompanying person who is not officially registered into conference lecture halls, workshops, exhibition floors, or catering areas at any time during the event.
Tokens, Samples & Giveaways Policy
Any commercial tokens, product samples, or educational giveaways provided during the conference or workshops are strictly for personal professional use or to be shared with patients/clients free of charge. Under no circumstances may promotional samples or giveaways be resold or distributed for commercial profit.
Professional Conduct & Grievance Protocol
Participants agree not to use defamatory, abusive, or harmful language against the organizer of the Scientific Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (SAAM) on any public platform, internet forum, or social media network. Any grievances, feedback, or disputes must be communicated directly and formally to the conference secretariat at info@infotechs.co.
2. SCFHS CME Accreditation & Attendance Rules
Requirements for Continuing Medical Education certification
80% Minimum Attendance Requirement
To obtain official CME credit hours accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), each participant must attend a minimum of 80% of the scheduled scientific sessions. Electronic badge scans at lecture hall entrances determine validated attendance duration.
CME Verification Window
Delegates are responsible for verifying their CME credits in their Mumaris+ / SCFHS account within three (3) business days following the conclusion of the conference. If credits have not posted, delegates must contact the SAAM organizing team promptly at info@infotechs.co with their badge registration details.
3. Media & Photography Consent
Event coverage, live broadcasting, and promotional media
By registering for and attending SAAM 2026, you acknowledge, agree, and grant irrevocable permission that photographs, audio, and video recordings featuring you may be captured during the event. These materials may be used by SAAM and its authorized media partners for scientific retrospectives, post-event reports, educational archives, marketing, and promotional campaigns across official online and offline channels.
